Last month the more progressive cities in the United States took part in the World Naked Bike Ride (WNBR) along with other cities around the world. But here in Jacksonville in the depths of the bible belt we don't have the freedoms enjoyed by those outside of the South.
Having nothing to do the WNBR the Skidmrks, a local of group fun loving souls are not about to let a chance for some fun and games on bikes to pass them by. I think this is the 3rd year of the July 4th No Pants Ride and it's growing each year.
