Hard Core Commuter (at least by Florida standards)

I drove up on this hearty soul traveling along the Southside Service road this evening.

He gets my respect for braving the cold and wet conditions despite the fact that he is putting himself at a greater risk of being stuck by vehicles that may squeeze past him gutter riding. He should be controlling the very narrow 10 foot lane.
