If you've been in Jacksonville for any length of time you already know that our city does very little for the betterment of the populous as a whole. They do even less with any vision and forethought that doesn't put money into the pockets of the elite. They have let and even encouraged FDOT to run roughshod for decades building roads and destroying entire communities in the process. Pedestrians and cyclists be damned!
