Rush Hour in the Netherlands
|Wow. How great would this be? I’m not optimistic that Jacksonville — or any other city in the US — will look like this any time soon. So instead I think I’ll start studying a Dutch phrasebook and work on securing a work visa. It won’t be easy, but damn, it’s worth a shot!

Hehehe… The video made me a bit dizzy but it was cool. I did notice that everyone was wearing normal business attire. Here in Florida that would be difficult. The only time I can wear business attire to work by bike is in the middle of winter riding slow. You know on those strange days here in Jacksonville that are going to be cooler than 50°F or 283.15K and never get above 70°F or 294.261K. Grant it I could probably wear business attire on most days that don’t get above 70°F or 294.261K but I have to ride slow and I usually don’t have that kind of time to rid that slow. So I normally have to carry a change of clothes. Anyway I loved the Video Jack.
Glad you liked it! I’ve never been to the Netherlands but if I had to guess, I’d say their commutes are probably relatively short, European cities being compact and all.
