Looks to me like you did a lot! And continue to. I so know what you mean about the weaehtr. I shove through the darker months as best I can. It’s an effort on many days, but we keep pushing along. And definitely eat lunch! It will continue to give you the energy you need to get through the day. Think of food as fuel and use it to remind you. Great list!
